As an administrator, do I need a special program to keep the system up-to-date?

No. Comm’ant is a web application that can be used in any modern browser (on desktop, tablet or smartphone). The administrator also uses the web interface for easy management and maintenance, including process diagrams.

Can I actively manage improvement with Comm'ant?

Yes. With the integrated smart forms module, you easily register complaints, deviations, incidents and improvement proposals. With the smart workflows you organize the follow-up of the improvement initiatives (management of change) and start, for example, periodic evaluations. In this way you can easily make continuous improvement part of your daily practice.

Is the Comm'ant system only for quality management?

No. With Comm’ant you realize an integral management system for a variety of applications.
